1 Acceptance of Terms

You are fully responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or another party.

Transferring an account to another party, selling an account, or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited. helo88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your password due to your own negligence.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Helo88 accepts a variety of payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and supported cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within minutes.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for local payment methods.
• You must deposit using a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Helo88 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation.

Regarding withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for all payment methods.
